1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you register or join our waitlist, we collect your email address and an automatically generated username.
• Gameplay data. We collect data related to your use of the Game, including decks, match history, progression, in-game statistics, preferences, and device/session identifiers.
• Purchase information. If and when in-app purchases become available, transaction records are processed by the applicable app store or payment processor; we receive confirmation and entitlement data but do not store full payment card details.
• Technical information. Device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic/crash data used to maintain and improve the Services.

2. How Your Data Is Stored (PlayFab)

We use Microsoft PlayFab as our backend platform to create and manage player accounts and store game-related data. Information such as your email address, username, and gameplay data is stored and processed through PlayFab's services on our behalf. Your information is subject to Microsoft's applicable privacy and security practices in addition to this Policy.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and maintain your account and waitlist registration;
• To operate, matchmake, and provide the Game and its features, including live synchronous PvP;
• To process and deliver future in-app purchases and entitlements;
• To communicate with you about updates, launch announcements, and support requests;
• To secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Future In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases in the future (for example, cosmetic items, card packs, or currency). Purchases are handled through the platform app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), and their respective terms and privacy policies will apply to payment processing. We will receive limited data necessary to grant your purchased content.

5. Age Requirements & Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us at contact@warptcg.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (such as Microsoft PlayFab and app-store payment processors) who process data on our behalf, and as required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Services.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@warptcg.com. We will process verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through additional notice.
