Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must register an account. Account creation and data are managed through our backend provider, Microsoft PlayFab, and may include your email address, username, and gameplay data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

3. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All content, cards, artwork, characters, and software are owned by Warp Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

4. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

The Game may offer virtual items, currency, and optional in-app purchases in the future. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed (not sold) to you, and are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the relevant app store's policies. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or discontinue virtual items and purchases at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or otherwise interfere with fair play;
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players;
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services or their security;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Services. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@warptcg.com.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warp Studios, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
